Stream Clip Timestamper

I was looking for something to timestamp like a stopwatch but also have the running timer and global changable hotkeys, and no stopwatch apps had the right mix of all of those. so I messed with claude (yes I used an AI to make the app, I've been up all night bullying the prompt into what I was looking for) but basically I got something lightweight and standalone that works the way I want it. It also exports a .txt list to the downloads folder. I only made it for a specific issue I was dealing with, but I hope it helps others too. I think it is especially useful for smaller streamers that don't always have someone present to clip. Scrubbing VODs is a hassle.
